In keeping with the intention of maintaining the UDO as a “living” document, it will continue to be updated and modified through text amendments, even after its adoption. The purpose of these amendments is to add clarity, correct errors, and maintain relevancy by keeping up with current planning and development concepts and best practices.
Staff is proposing three separate text amendments, all of which, if adopted according to schedule by City Council, will become effective when the UDO goes into effect on June 1, 2023.
