Marc Van Dine has been with McAdams since 2018 and serves as a Group Manager in the Residential department. With a background in land development and 24 years of experience, he brings a deep understanding of the land development process, regulatory requirements, and the drivers behind a successful land development project. As Group Manager at McAdams, his responsibilities include overseeing the Charlotte Residential group, ensuring clients are being well served, and excellent designs are being delivered.
In addition to being a Group Manager at McAdams, Marc serves as the REBIC (Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition) representative on Charlotte’s Development Services Technical Advisory Committee (Read their charter here.) Charlotte Water Developer Liaison Committee, and on the HBA Land Development Committee Leadership team. His involvement in these organizations reflects his commitment to industry leadership and his active participation in shaping the regulatory and technical landscape of land development in the Charlotte region. Additionally, Marc lives in South Charlotte with his wife and two daughters.
