Along with providing resources and links for you, we focus on the real-time impact of the Charlotte UDO (Unified Development Ordinance) along with a firm commitment to open more channels of collaboration and cooperation to expand HOUSING ATTAINABILITY.
The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) serves as the guiding document for land development in the City of Charlotte. As it is constantly changing and improving, REBIC’s goal is to ensure ongoing amendments, additions, and changes make sense in real world circumstances to better determine areas that need improvement.
