City Schedules Additional Public Meetings on Prosperity Hucks Area Plan

The City of Charlotte will host a series of additional meetings and work sessions this month to obtain additional public input on the draft Prosperity Hucks Area Plan.

The plan has been the subject of controversy, with neighborhood groups in the area opposing longstanding proposals for higher density, multifamily development near the intersection of Prosperity Church Rd and the new I-485 extension.

Developers, brokers and property owners with an interest in the future land use of this community are strongly encouraged to attend one of the upcoming meetings and make their voice heard!
