Two For Tuesday | March 21, 2023

1.  Get Engaged NOW in Charlotte Community Area Planning, Initial Meeting Already Set for March 28th
Charlotte’s Community Area Planning process kicks off next week and is a continuation of the community outreach initiated during the development of the Charlotte Future 2040 Comprehensive Plan & Policy Map.  The difference this time around is that we are not dealing with the affects of a pandemic and most meetings will be conducted in person.  I cannot express strongly enough how important it is that you are engaged in this process.  Details follow.

2.  This Week’s Can’t Miss Events Include Housing Outlook!
Tomorrow morning’s Realtor® Hot Topic will focus on the housing outlook for the region with a focus on affordability.  A Town Hall Meeting with Council Member LaWana Mayfield is scheduled for Thursday evening.  Unfortunately, Council Member Mitchell’s event originally advertised for next week has been postponed.  Links and information follow.
