George Macon is a managing partner at MPV Properties, a leading commercial real estate firm in Charlotte, NC. At MPV, George sources and structures new development ventures, coordinates and manages financial feasibility, rezoning, project design and construction, marketing, and sales for his projects. Since joining MPV in 2001, George has developed numerous office, medical office, retail and mixed-use buildings. His major projects include Blakeney medical/professional office park, SteeleCroft Office, Jetton Medical, Reafield Village, Denver Medical, The Plaza at Park 51, Christenbury Village and Farmington. He has worked with noteworthy tenant/owners including Novant Health, Atrium Health, Tryon Medical Partners, CEENTA, CNSA, Elevation Church and Lowes Foods.
George received a B.A. in Geology – Environmental Studies from Washington and Lee University in 1993 and a M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Vanderbilt University in 1999. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina and has been a multiyear recipient of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors “Multi Million Dollar Club” award. George is a former member of the CRCBR Board of Directors.
