C. ‘Paisley’ Gordon Jr. CCIM

Leadership and service are the key character markers of C. Paisley Gordon Jr. CCIM. Our January 2026 member spotlight highlights a man whose career spans 35 years, he has touched most every element of land development in the commercial sphere. His significant management/analytical focus as the President of CPG Real Estate, Inc. has made his brokerage firm, a well-respected and successful entity in the Charlotte Region. Paisley is guided by a simple but powerful philosophy, which is to “say what you’ll do and do what you say.” He is also committed to elevating programs and initiatives that make housing more affordable. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, here is a quick list of the honorable positions he has held and the service he has offered:

He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate Broker, and a North Carolina State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Personally, he enjoys golfing, hunting, skiing, hiking, and camping, and has been married to his wife Libby for 33 years. They have a son, Paisley III, and a daughter, Bowen.
