Tobe Holmes, Business Development Representative with WithersRavenel, joined their Charlotte office in 2023, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s multidisciplinary engineering, planning, and surveying services across NC from the Queen City and west. His goal is to foster growth through strategic partnerships, attract high quality talent with deep experience in the region, and to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that align with WithersRavenel’s commitment to unparalleled deliverables and communication.
Tobe brings a wealth of experience to his role having served in various roles at University City Partners and Charlotte Center City Partners, where he was instrumental in guiding land use, economic development and transportation initiatives to fulfill the vision of each district. In prior roles he often drove solutions to entitlement and permitting issues. He has a master’s degree in city and Regional Planning from Clemson University, is a member of the AICP, as well as an alumnus of Leadership Charlotte. Currently, he serves on the ACE Mentoring Board, Catawba Lands Conservancy Land Acquisition Committee and is a member of the ULI’s Program Committee.
