Marty McLaughlin

Marty McLaughlin, Partner with Park Commercial Real Estate brings to the industry 30 years of real estate and political affairs experience with a concentration on Industrial Real Estate. We’re also thrilled to have him as a REBIC Board Member for 2025. He has worked to lobby for his industry at the national, state and local level for 20 years. Marty’s clients include a wide array of national, regional and local companies which utilize his networking and knowledge of the industry. His involvement in NCAR and CRCBR make him a valuable and trusted member of the real estate industry. He is a licensed commercial broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Marty earned his BS of Science in Business Administration/ Management West Chester University, West Chester, PA in 1981. Marty served as the CRCBR President in 2021. He has also acted as their treasurer. He is an NCAR 2014-16 RPAC Trustee – Large Board, and an NCAR 2016-18 RPAC Trustee – At Large.
