Elizabeth Fulk, RPA® FMA® is Facilities Director, Fox Sports, Charlotte, and a member of BOMA Greater Charlotte (Building Owners and Managers Association) where she serves as the Government Affairs and Advocacy Committee Chair. Her role with BOMA connects her to REBIC and the valuable advocacy benefit that it provides for the Charlotte area. Over the past 14 years, she has earned the RPA and FMA credentials and embarked on a leadership journey within BOMA, serving on the Board of Directors in various positions, including President. She is currently the Past-President for BOMA Southern Region and continues to champion BOMA’s mission by participating in several committees locally and nationally.
Elizabeth’s background covers a wide range of real estate-related industries, and she currently acts as a facility management professional, experienced in overseeing complex building operations. Her most recent role began working with FOX Sports in Charlotte in 2013 as a Facility Manager for Lincoln Harris. In 2022, Elizabeth transitioned to working directly for FOX and now serves as their Facility Director overseeing the building’s maintenance and operations. This includes project management, space planning, capital improvements, employee engagement, and sustainability initiatives. With a facility that houses television production, network, and engineering operations, FOX has helped Elizabeth thrive in her dynamic environment.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Elizabeth is passionate about community engagement. She enjoys outdoor and gym activities and is actively involved in volunteering and fundraising for local non-profit organizations. Together with her significant other, Elizabeth shares her life with three certified therapy dogs, all Greyhounds, and a few cats. One of their favorite activities is visiting memory care units, schools, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport as part of the Canine Crew, bringing joy and comfort to all those they meet.
