The Town of Davidson is in the process of revising its Planning Ordinance in an effort to align its development standards with its approved long-range land use plan.
Citizens, developers and other interested stakeholders are invited to two open houses on the proposed changes. The open houses will be held on Thursday, September 25 and Tuesday, October 21 between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the Davidson Town Hall board room.
Each session will be an open house format with no formal presentation, and members of the Davidson Planning Department will be present to discuss the proposed planning ordinance changes and answer any questions.

REBIC is in the process of reviewing the draft revisions to each chapter, and will provide feedback to the Town prior to their adoption of the new ordinance later this fall.
