Ashley Bradshaw joined the team at DAVENPORT in April of 2026 as Regional Business Developer based in their Charlotte office. To her position Ashley brings over 20 years of seasoned expertise in business development and sales leadership that spans across diverse industry sectors. This includes corporate housing, relocation, and energy consulting. Over her career, she has successfully partnered with private business owners, global organizations, and government entities. She holds a marketing degree and a minor in interior design from James Madison University.
At DAVENPORT, Ashley is helping drive the firm’s expanding footprint across the Southeast. DAVENPORT is a premier engineering, design and consulting firm specializing in critical site and transportation related challenges. Their comprehensive engineering capabilities serve both public and private sectors, with specialized services in traffic engineering and signal design, roadway and multi-modal traffic planning.
A firm believer that long-term success is built on cultivating genuine, trust-based relationships, Ashley aligns with REBIC’s mission of collaborative dialogue and community leadership. Her commitment to professional support is reflected in active involvement in several professional organizations on a local, state, and national scale including NAIOP. Outside professional pursuits, Ashley is a certified Hatha yoga and mindfulness instructor and has taught high school sports teams, as well as children with Autism, and seniors. A proud mother of two adult children, one is thriving in the sales industry for security technology and the other, who holds a doctorate in Chinese medicine, has her own practice in Asheville. She and her Aussiedoodle, Luna, reside in Southpark.
