An Urgent Call for Supplies & Donations Please, Explore Ways to Help Our Western North Carolina Neighbors

This is important. This week’s 2 For Tuesday is dedicated to sharing ways you can ease the catastrophic impact caused by Hurricane Helene. In addition to the noble donations of time and supplies now being offered by many of our member organizations, the Canopy Realtor® Association Gaston Association of Realtors® are collecting supplies and needed essentials to help residents in Western North Carolina. Also partnering to accept and deliver donations are Keystone Custom Homes and Carter Lumber.

Please consider donating the following (drop off locations below):

• Bottled Water
• Non-perishable foods (canned goods, dried fruit, nuts, energy bars, powdered packets/liquid energy drinks, crackers and peanut butter, rice and beans)
• Infant essentials (baby formula, diapers and wipes)
• Toiletries/Sanitary items
• Pet Food
• Manual can openers
• Trash bags
• Plastic plates/utensils
• Plastic sheeting/tarps
• Battery-operated/cordless fans (be sure batteries are charged)
• Flashlights and batteries
• Generator
