Since launching the Charlotte regional office in 2023, Alaina Kiewit, Regional Partner for St. John Properties, Inc has been instrumental in spearheading the expansion of St. John Properties, Inc. into the greater Charlotte region. To that pursuit, she actively engages with local government officials and real estate professionals to build strategic partnerships and advance ground-up development opportunities. Alaina manages all aspects of the company’s local operations, including site selection, acquisitions, development, design, construction, and leasing. While known for its speculative development and long-term ownership model, Alaina is also eager to promote St. John Properties’ client-first mindset and strategic vision, while making a positive impact to the Charlotte community.
Alaina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analytics and Operations Management with a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School.
