Iredell County Commissioner’s Meeting

Iredell County commissioners will hold a public hearing on the 20th to review the 1 unit per 5 acre update to the UDO. There was strong public opposition to the amendment during the Planning Board process. Concerns included property rights and cost of housing. The meeting will be Tuesday, August 20th at 6:00 PM at the Iredell Government Center, 200 S Center St. in Statesville
